As a full-spectrum doula, I offer culturally responsive, judgment-free support for families—with a deep commitment to serving people of colour. I understand firsthand the discrimination, dismissal, and systemic barriers that many BIPOC families face within the healthcare system, and I show up as both a calm presence and a strong advocate in your corner. My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and grounded as you welcome your baby.

Whether you’re planning a natural, unmedicated birth, exploring a water birth, or choosing pain management options such as an epidural, I meet you exactly where you are—without pressure, shame, or assumptions. Your birth, your choices.

50% deposit is required for booking final balance can be paid anytime before the 37th week of pregnancy

What’s Included in Full-Spectrum Care

🌿 Prenatal Support (2 Sessions)

We’ll meet twice during your pregnancy to prepare your mind and body for birth. These sessions focus on:

• Education around the stages of labour
• Informed decision-making and advocacy
• Comfort measures and pain-coping tools
• Emotional support and confidence building

One of our prenatal sessions is dedicated entirely to hands-on comfort measures, so you feel empowered and ready when labour begins.

🤍 Birth Support

I attend your birth wherever you choose to labour and deliver—home, hospital, or birth centre, including water births. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labour, helping you stay grounded and supported while also navigating medical environments with confidence.

🌙 Postpartum Support

Your care doesn’t end after birth. One postpartum visit is included in the full-spectrum package to support your recovery, emotional well-being, and transition into parenthood.

Additional postpartum support is available and can be booked for:

• Daytime hours
• Overnight care
• Or a combination of both

Due to my limited capacity to take on multiple clients simultaneously, I strongly recommend booking 1–3 months of postpartum support in advance to ensure availability.

Comfort Measures & Tools

All comfort tools are included and fully covered during our comfort measures prenatal session, including:

• TENS machine rental
• Rebozo support
• Acupressure comb
• Essential oils
• Galaxy light for sensory stimulation
• Hands-on support with labouring positions
• Guidance for water labour and birth

These tools are designed to support your body, calm your nervous system, and create a birth environment that feels safe and supportive.

📸 A Little Extra Magic

As a bonus, I always take behind-the-scenes birth photos during your labour and delivery. If you’d like professionally edited birth images, this can be added on at a discounted rate exclusively for my doula clients.
